Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday - Friday).
Shipments do not take place on weekends or holidays. If there is an unusually high volume of orders or any other issue that may delay processing times, you will be notified via the email used on your order.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
All shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Items with a retail value of $299 or less ship for $10 flat, plus a $3 handling fee per item.
Items with a retail value of $300 or greater, ship for $15 per order, plus a $3 handling fee per item. The extra fee covers extra insurance and for the option of requiring a signature for delivery.
*At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes.
APO/FPO addresses may require an extra day to process but we will ship to our service men and women.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email, along with a tracking number.
Damages
Bowlin Travel Centers, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We are currently unable to ship internationally.
